Pasta and Pastry Classes at Ciao Bella Market
We are thrilled to welcome Chef LeeAnn Evertsen, esteemed Chef and Owner of The Culinary Underground, to lead our upcoming hands-on pasta-making and Italian pastry classes!
With formal training from Le Cordon Bleu at Scottsdale Culinary Institute, the title of Pasta Master from Accademia Italiana, and an Italian Pastry Certification from the International Culinary Institute, Chef LeeAnn brings world-class expertise right to our store.
Her culinary style is deeply rooted in French, Italian, and Mediterranean traditions, and her approach celebrates fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients. Having lived in Europe for over a decade, she crafts dishes that let natural flavors shine — simple, beautiful, and unforgettable.
From perfecting silky pasta dough to creating delicate pastries, Chef LeeAnn’s classes will be equal parts learning, inspiration, and fun. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned cook, you’ll leave with skills you can bring to your own kitchen (and a few sweet or savory treats, of course).
