From wine tastings and pairings to Wine Bingo to Italian 101 and seasonal events, these gatherings are less about instruction and more about enjoying the moment. Expect great wine, delicious bites, and a warm, lively atmosphere where conversation flows and memories are made—just like in Italy. 

 Chef LeeAnn Evertsen is the owner of The Culinary Underground and a classically trained chef specializing in French, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisine. Having spent over a decade living in Europe, LeeAnn’s approach highlights fresh, seasonal ingredients and simple, elegant preparation. 

Allan Bass is a certified sommelier and the wine and spirits account manager for Eagle Rock Distributing Company in Georgia. 

In his professional capacity, he often serves as a guest speaker and educator at wine pairing events and dinners across the state.
